    Discovery and scope

    Design and implementation

    Validation and handover

    We validate agreed scenarios, record limitations and hand over documentation. Project timing follows discovery; support hours and response targets are defined in a separate agreement.

Behaviour depends on the device and architecture. Where needed, we design local buffering, retransmission and autonomous rules, then verify them during the pilot.
